Q. How can I place an order with

A. It's easy! Just set up your customer account by clicking on the {Create New Account} from any page in the site. From there you will need to enter your shipping and billing information into the appropriate fields, but remember - cannot ship to P.O. boxes so please provide a physical address for your "Ship To" location. Or, you can set up an account to place your order over the phone by calling 888.606.5563. Some restrictions will apply.

Q. I don’t have a credit card with which to place my order. What are my options?

A. is designed to help people place orders conveniently and securely using a credit card, but we understand that this method won't meet some organizations’ purchasing requirements. If you do not wish to order online with a credit card, you can place your order over the phone by calling 888.606.5563 and be invoiced. If you are a non-profit or government organization we can set up an account for you to shop online with a purchase order number. Some restrictions apply.

Q. Help! I can’t remember my password / login ID!

A. If you have forgotten your password, simply type in your login ID and click the link next to "Forgot your password?" on the "Customer Log In" page. Once you click on “Submit” an email will be sent with a link to reset your password. If you have forgotten your login ID and your password, please contact our customer service department by phone at 888.606.5563 and we will attempt to assist you.

Q. I have just placed my order with When can I expect my products to ship?

A. Please see our "Shipping" page for general lead time guidelines. For specific information on your order, you may email us at, or call 888.606.5563. Please keep in mind that all orders placed after 1:00pm CST will be scheduled for processing the following business day.

Q. When will my products be delivered?

A. Because we drop-ship our products direct from the manufacturer, transit times are typically between 5 – 7 business days. Steel shipments can require additional transit time if the delivery needs to be scheduled.

Q. Do you provide expedited shipping services?

A. Most stock paper products can be shipped via UPS Next Day Air or Fedex Overnight, but many items are not available for same day shipment. Expedited shipping services are quoted on an order by order basis. We must have written approval of any additional shipping charges before the order can be processed. Q. I received part of my shipment today, but I am missing items. What should I do?

A. Because we drop ship from our manufacturers, different items may ship from all over the country. This means that your order may be delivered at separate times. Feel to contact us at or 888.606.5563 to follow up on any items you may be missing.

Q. I just placed my first order with and my New Customer Discount was not applied or was only applied to some products.

A. Some products are not available under the New Customer Discount. Products which are not available include: software products, custom items, furniture systems, and some promotional items. If you did not order any of these items, and your New Customer Discount was still not applied, you may not have entered the coupon code during checkout. Please contact our customer service department if this occurs so that we may apply any necessary credits to your account.
