Electronic locks are available for most files. You may have one e-lock for the cabinet, or order the file with e-locks on each drawer. High security locks are otherwise standard, except on the certain files which are equipped with standard key locks.

Data Safes

While paper records can withstand temperatures to 350 F, computer media is damaged beyond use by temperatures above 125 F and 80% humidity. Microfiche, film, and computer media require the added protection that our data safes offer.

With data safes, computer media is protected from fire, dust, magnetic fields, unauthorized access, accidental damage and electrostatics. The walls and doors provide the ultimate in protection by incorporating layers of heat absorbing material, fireproof insulating foam and a tough steel casing. Three-way boltwork ensures the doors remain shut if a building collapses during a fire or if forced entry is attempted.

Choose from our 1-hour, 2-hour or 3-hour data safes, offering varying degrees of protection for your media. Also, consider our Mixed Media Safe which features the 3-hour protection for electronic data protection in one compartment and 1-Hour protection for records in the other compartment.
